3.3 Account Transfer Prohibited

Selling, transferring, or gifting your account or the balance within it to any third party is strictly prohibited.

Only the following payment methods are accepted for depositing and withdrawing funds on the jay9a platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).

4.1 Minimum Limits

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per method)
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000

4.2 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. If verification is required, it may take a little longer.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

At least one bet must be completed before deposited funds can be withdrawn. Bonus funds require the specified wagering conditions to be met before withdrawal (see Section 5). jay9a reserves the right to review any withdrawal request and, if necessary, delay or reject it.

4.4 Return via Same Method

For security purposes, withdrawals are generally sent via the same payment method used for the deposit.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

jay9a offers new members a 100% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳8,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. No bonus above ৳8,000 will be awarded.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x (on the bonus amount). That means if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must complete total bets of ৳20,000 before the bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If evidence of bonus system abuse is found (such as opening multiple accounts or collecting bonuses through risk-free methods), jay9a reserves the right to forfeit bonuses from the relevant account and close the account.

6.1 Prohibited Activities

• Using any software, bot, or script to influence the normal flow of a game.
• Engaging in fraudulent behavior toward other players or jay9a staff.
• Using any technical method to influence or predict game outcomes.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.

6.2 Technical Errors

Bonuses, winnings, or other benefits displayed incorrectly due to a technical error may not be claimed. jay9a reserves the right to void transactions caused by errors.

jay9a operates three VIP tiers:

• Bronze — weekly cashback of up to 0.5%.
• Silver — weekly cashback of up to 1.0%.
• Gold — weekly cashback of up to 1.5%.

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on activity and participation on the platform. jay9a reserves the right to change the conditions of VIP benefits. VIP cashback is a privilege — it is not a guaranteed right.

These Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy together constitute the entire agreement between jay9a and the user. Any prior oral or written understandings are superseded by this agreement.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
